Revived my blog and leaked my album on newgrounds
Hey hi yeah nice to meet ya
I'm Jake I make music and many other things like poems, video games, leather crafts, drawings (but mostly the music stuff)
I used to be very twitter-pilled. I instagrammed hard for a while, but that was almost ten years ago. I grew up online but not on these newfangled corporate marketing platforms. I was here (we - if ur reading this shit, lol) before the money moved in
SO okay I'm rambling but here's the deal. I have my job and i have my art right? Where do you put art?
I'm not selling anything really, I just (as my buddy dan says) sweat music. I just kind of ooze more music and need to put it someplace. I put it on spotify and all that crap for a while until Glenn MacDonald of furia.com (former data guy at spotify) stopped working there and the data science behind their discovery algorithm was replaced overnight with pay-to-play top 40 placements. I'm oversimplifying but you get the jist

I know you mfers are out there. Real people who want real art, real friends, new experience. I know this because I was there before they dyed the computer lights some pallid new shade and removed our ability to shake hands and talk shit and learn from one another via terminal and gui
There is still beauty to this internet thing, but like all beautiful and luxurious things, work is required
